Terms of Service

1. Terms

By purchasing a skin from vBSkins, you are entitled to support as defined by this document. To be eligible for support, you must also agree to our vBulletin Skins License as linked to from our website.

2. Support Guarantee

Upon the purchase of one of our vBulletin Skins, you are entitled to support beginning from the moment the purchase was completed. Any modification of the Skin or the materials provided with the skin will not be covered under support. Support is defined as a response to any question about the vBulletin Skin you have purchased through email or as a post on the support forums that helps you to solve an issue you are having with the vBulletin Skin. Support covers:

• Trouble installing a skin on your server as defined by our Skin Installation Guide
• Trouble with a browser rendering a Skin within a reasonable amount of accuracy of the PSD template, not including any modifications
• Trouble understanding any portion of our Skin Installation Guide.
• Trouble using any materials provided with the most recent version of the programs they were created with

3. Limitations

If a support email or forum post is not recieved due to a technical error that was not caused by vBSeed or an employee of vBSeed, the TrueCare Terms of Service do not apply. We do not guarantee that the support forums will be available at all times due to maintenance. The following are limitations on the Support Guarantee as defined in section 2. Support Guarantee:

• You must be using a vBulletin version that is listed as supported in the README.txt file included with the Skin.
• You must be using a server configuration that is listed as supported by vBulletin through the vBulletin Documentation.
• You must have installed and available all fonts used in the template
• You must not have installed any 3rd party modifications. vBSeed makes no guarantee that our skins are compatible with any 3rd party hacks or modifications, and cannot support errors that occur due to said modifications.

Internet Explorer 6 (IE6) is not a part of our support as per these terms, but we will attempt to help solve any issues that occur on IE6 and we strive to achieve rendering compatibility with IE6 in all of our skins.
